...I've been surrounded with some rather lovely fabric of late -- a lot from my stash of never-cut-into all-time favourites which I've been collecting over the years -- as I'm putting together some fabric bundles to make the patchwork below which I posted about, very briefly, about a year ago...
I only recently made a coverlet out of this patchwork which I will show you very soon, very close up, as the fabric I used to make it is rather varied with plenty of different very yummy textures and content... As of tomorrow though, I'm taking a little break from this lovely assortment of fabric since I'm off to the lake for a couple of days or so; my garden there is beckoning me as I have a bunch of trees to plant and transplant, a veggie and berry garden bed to prepare, stone walls to build and weeding, alas, so much weeding to do! Hopefully, I'll have some nice photos to show you of my progress there upon my return to the city... In the meantime, have yourselves a nice beginning of the week and thanks so much for popping by!...
Have a lovely break. It sounds idyllic!
