it's been so long since i paid a visit! how delicious are these squares! I need to do some spring cleaning myself.

Lois

These squares are just lovely!!

Sarah

Are you sure you can part with them? They are so beautiful and very pretty. I'd be more than willing to give them a good home and turn them into a lovely quilt. Thanks for such a wonderful giveaway and keep cleaning, who knows what other treasures you may find.

cynthia

Those fabrics are so happy! I can think of a lot of quilt patterns that would really show off those prints, like Schnibbles, have been collecting those patterns and need some of that pretty fabric to sew up a quilt. Thanks for the opportunity!

Such soft pretty fabrics! I think the quilts you sold at the market would have been very loved by those who bought them.

Stacey

I just bought my daughter's toddler bed today, and was wondering how I was ever going to choose the right fabrics for her quilt, but those are perfect! It would be my first quilt, so the fact that those are already cut would probably save me from lots of mistakes!

Sandy at Teacup Lane

What beautiful colors! I would make a quilted pillowcase out of them and then crochet it like you do. Yummy!

Into Vintage

I laughed when you said you spend more time folding your fabrics than working with them...and how generous of you to part with such pretty pieces. Thanks so much for this giveaway! -amy

Hi! Lovely colours. Ia m just about to throw myself into my first patchwork project. It is going to be a simple sofa cover spread made of squares and I just don't know where to begin. Any advice on a good book to start with just to get the basics? It would be VERY helpful. Any information indeed would be helpful. So excited about it, especially when I know see you starting on one.

ANd now going back reading the text I see you are giving these pretty squares away! I am in! I am in! Fingers cross (although I never win but hey, I am just delighted to see tehse yummie bits and pieces here on your blog...)

It always amazes me when someone is generous and courageous enough to give away some of their beautiful fabric! These squares would make a beautiful baby girl's quilt, which probably comes as no surprise as I'm sure that is what their original intention was!

le chat qui coud

Great!!! I'm just reading "the quilter's apprentice" and it gave me the envy of patchwork of course... Your fabrics are gorgeous and would fit perfectly to my room :)

I cross the fingers right now :):)

anyway, thanks for all!

My niece is due in January and I have got to make her a baby quilt. They are such lovely colours. Maybe it is about time I had a tidy up here too!!

nicole

the weather is horribly dreary here too!
