...as some of you may know, I live in Vancouver which is a pretty exciting place to be right about now! Olympic fever has hit the city in a big way and I have to confess that I am one of its many victims... We have been hitting the downtown streets every day since the start of the Olympics, soaking in the city's party atmosphere (downtown was all aglow last night, celebrating the first Canadian gold medal on Canadian soil... very cool!)
Needless to say, my pillowcases have been pushed aside a little and I haven't taken too many photos of them yet as I had promised in my last post. Today, between watching the men's downhill and snowboard cross, I finally threw a bunch of the new ones I made in a basket and took a few snaps. Tomorrow, I'm off with my children to watch our first event at these Olympics: men's figure skating... can't wait! As soon as I manage to tear myself away from the Olympics, I will take more photos to show you and stock my Etsy shop... (I have to admit that I'm not exactly sure when that will be since the men's and women's hockey competition is just about to heat up!)
