I've been meaning to show you these owlets for a while now; they flew in all the way from California, more precisely, from a delightful Etsy shop called prettylilthings. Aren't
they a hoot?! (I bet you saw that coming...) Lori Marie is the creative talent behind all the pretty little things in this shop, and she also authors the lovely blog called, of course, pretty little things. I pop by her blog and her shop all the time, because she is always coming up with great new designs which showcase her fabulous flair for exciting pattern and color combinations, as well as her very special whimsical touch.
They are an adorable pair, but wouldn't a threesome be better?! Hmmm... I think I just might go check out what miss pretty little things is up to...
P.S. Thank you so much for all your enthusiastic comments about my opening up an Etsy shop! - I'm still working on it...
They are delightful! Thanks for bringing a smile to my face :-)

Those owls made me smile - or grin rather. They are so cute, the fabrics are very well chosen. Lovely colours. Real characters they are.

Sweet owls! Also... Is the "Meg" book the owls are resting on from a mystery series? If it's the one I'm thinking of, she had a siamese cat. (And the requisite dead mother that all girl sleuths seem to have) I loved those books!
