...because my children's spring break is nearing its end and all our outdoor plans went down the drainpipes with all the crazy amount of rain that fell on us this last week! To make matters worse, I dragged my feet all week because of a cold...
As far as projects go: I embellished a few girl's t-shirts with crochet flowers and -- that's it...pretty much.
All was not lost though, because even if there was no rainbow over Vancouver all last week, I did find the rainbow afghan you see in the photos a few days ago at a thrift shop -- and I absolutely love it! Tomorrow, our forecast calls for scattered showers and finally, a bit of sunshine, and who knows, maybe even a rainbow....
