Yes, this is Vancouver - Isn't it great! I'm one of those ex-Montrealers living in Vancouver who misses snow...a lot! - ( there probably aren't too many of us!). So this wonderful blanket of snow thrills me beyond words...now, if only it could hang around 'till Christmas...
When the snow started falling on Saturday, the first annual Maternal Creations Art Exhibit and Craft Fair which I attended as a vendor was just wrapping up and.....it was a great success!! Thanks to all the people who came by and to Pomegranate Community Midwives Center who put on such an enjoyable event and BIG THANKS to Lehe for inviting me and being such a great host - I'm already looking forward to next year's fair! I ended up finishing up a few new things for this event... yes, last week was rather productive - nothing quite like a deadline to get me going! One such item was this very bohemian ruffle skirt...
...which is so perfect for twirling! I hope to show you some more new creations tomorrow - see you then!
I just stumbled upon your blog and I am so glad that I did! Wow! Your photography of your winter is a treat for these Florida girl's eyes! So beautiful! Almost as beautiful as that ruffled skirt! Now that is precious!

Thanks for leaving such great comments about my blog and skirt! I have to admit that of all the ruffle skirts I've put together - I use the same skirt pattern over and over but keep changing the fabrics - this one is a favorite...

I forgot to mention that I want to move to that street, at least while the snow lasts. It hasn't snowed here in about 30 years.
