kindred spirits...

After enjoying over a year of great blog-reading, I couldn't resist  any longer  - I've decided to create my own blog and see where it will lead me. Kindred spirits I have found in many of the inspiring  "crafty blogs" I relish reading on a daily basis so, naturally, I felt compelled to "join in".  A  vintage fabric search led me to this wonderful world of blogging which is so fitting  since fabric has always been "my thing" from the time I was a little girl with a grandmother who was a seamstress....

So, voilà!  that's the intro and here's  one of my  vintage-ish  quilty creations...

Hello! You are so hip! I had to go all the way back to the beginning. When I find a blog I love I have to see it all! We definitely have a shared love of vintage fabrics. Your photography and hand made things are just so lovely. I especially like the many patterned twirly skirts and the babuska doll bags that you make. I will be back for many more visits!
